Our Process & Quality Standards
All of our golf balls are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers and reputable courses, ensuring only genuine, high-quality brands make it into our inventory. Each ball goes through a thorough multi-stage process before it reaches you.
Once collected, every golf ball is professionally washed and cleaned to remove dirt, grass stains, and debris. They are then sanitised (sterilised) to ensure they are hygienic and ready for immediate use.
After cleaning, each ball is individually inspected and sorted by hand, allowing us to accurately assess condition and maintain consistent grading standards across every order.
We take pride in a transparent and reliable grading system so you know exactly what to expect.
Pearl / Mint
Nearly indistinguishable from new balls. They may show no signs of use or only the slightest blemish, such as a minor felt pen mark or small corporate logo. Suitable for serious golfers or tournament play.
Grade A
Excellent condition balls that have just missed Pearl grade. They may have minor marks, light scuffs, or slight discoloration from play. These represent great value and are competition-usable.
None will be split, cracked, or stamped Practice / Range / XXX. Some may carry a corporate logo or small marker pen mark.
Grade B
Still perfectly playable but show more signs of use, such as larger scuffs or heavier discoloration. Ideal for higher handicap players or casual rounds.
Grade C
Cosmetically worn balls with major scuffs or discoloration, but no cuts or cracks. Best suited for practice or high ball-loss rounds.
